01:Precautions for storage of sealant
The packaging box of sealant products should clearly indicate that if there are products that are fragile and anti squeezing, they should be protected from rain and sunlight, and the products should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place.
Therefore, in summer, sealant should be stored in a relatively high, ventilated, and cool place to prevent the sealant from being soaked in rain or even extreme weather, which can affect the shelf life of the product and cause solidification problems inside the packaging.
02 Construction matters of sealant
When it rains, outdoor sealant application should be stopped. Before applying sealant after rain, attention should be paid to checking whether the interior of the joint is damp or there is residual water. The residual water vapor can affect the adhesion between the sealant and the substrate, and even cause foaming problems.
In summer high temperature environments, the surface drying time of sealant is significantly shortened, and attention should be paid to the modification time. Conduct surface drying time testing under on-site environmental conditions, and then perform surface modification before the sealant surface dries.
When applying sealant in summer, it is necessary to pay attention to the ambient temperature. When the substrate temperature exceeds 50 ℃, it cannot be applied. When applying sealant at high temperatures of 50 ℃, it is easy for the sealant to gather and form small bubbles on the surface of the substrate, which affects the overall bonding effect between the sealant and the substrate.

The temperature difference between day and night is large, and the sealant is not cured due to cold drawing and hot pressing of aluminum material.
The problem of sealant deformation caused by excessive local wind force.

Adopt two adhesive applications;
Apply the adhesive during a period of relatively constant environmental temperature;
